clauses, there appear others denominated "no financial" . Among

value, securing of the property, against risks of fire or
including against catastrophic risks.
Submission to law: it determines before which court will
make the complaints in case that disagreements between both
contracting parts arise.
Pacts on cession and subrogation
Additional guarantees: additional personal guarantees
can exist, like the guarantee, in which the fasteners are
committed to respond in case that the indebted ones do not
do it.
In addition, other denominated clauses exist, called "Additional" among
which it is possible to emphasize the one that develops the
formulas of calculation of the quota, of the duration of
the contract, etc.; other relative to the automated treatment
of personal data and cession of such to the bank; etc.
Remember: As it is possible to be appreciated, the clauses "no
financials" imply future limitations or obligations, reason why
