Once signed the deed, there follows its inscription in the Property Registry.

goods and any right that falls on such.

loan or to want to subrogate to us in a loan that already exists.
The notary's office presents the deed in the Property Registry by fax the same
day of the signature, having 10 working days to present original documents.
